Open Question: are there any really good quality airlines to Libya?

were planning a holiday to libya......my dad wants us to go onto british airways. the cost for me and my family (2 adults 2 teenagers 3 under 10, none under 3) is just under £4000, i dont really like british airways......its like really boring.......so could you please tell me if there are any good flights to libya,Tripoli and possibaly cheaper......doesnt have to be cheaper but please give any good airlines with possibly a t.v.??? =D...
